Please carefully read these Terms of Use for Fantasy Motocross, as they affect your legal rights and obligations for use.

Fantasy Motocross is a Web App that requires agreement to these terms of use. Fantasy Motocross offers users access to our Web App and related APIs with the ability to enter into a skill based contest that may or may not offer prizes based on the number of participants in each discipline or "Offering". (The Contests and Skill Based Games) Fantasy Motocross offer are subject to these Term of Use (the "Terms of Use", or “Terms”), our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and the Official Rules of Play for the applicable games and promotions.

By using Fantasy Motocross or accessing our servers and its services, you agree to these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT USE Fantasy Motocross SERVICES and GAMES.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to create an account, participate in contests, and win prizes offered by Fantasy Motocross. In areas where the minimum age for permissible use of Fantasy Motocross is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory.

International players are currently forbidden from entering any prize based game that requires payment offered through Fantasy Motocross Web App and APIs.

Fantasy Motocross is not affiliated with or sponsored by the FIM, MXGP, American Motorcyclist Association, Feld Motorsports, or any other entities involved with the promotion or production of professional supercross or motocross.

In addition to the items outlined in the "Eligibility" section of this agreement, the following terms are to be considered for prizes

Unfortunately international participants are not currently eligble to win prizes on Fantasy Motocross' Web App or through their API's

Stark, Skid Steer Solutions and any affiliated companies have no say in the determined winner of any prizes awarded through the Fantasy Motocross Games and Contests. The code we have written determines the winner based on their scores and in the event of a tie, a function has been written to pick the winner based on most recent correct picks for the tie breaker (ie. who had the most winning picks in the later part of the season).

By registering as a user of Fantasy Motocross and creating your account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service. By providing inaccurate information, Fantasy Motocross reserves the right to deny you the ability to participate in its games and contests.

All passwords and confidential passwords are one way hashed and not recoverable. If you forget your password you will need to reset it through our forgot password functionality. No one at Fantasy Motocross, developer or employee can see or recover your information for you.

Fantasy Motocross reserves the right to cancel contests at any time without restrictions due to small user base or no sign ups. If this happens, a full refund will be given to any player who used the paid services on our Web App and API's.

Fantasy Motocross may disqualify you at any time if it is found, in good faith, that you are to be in violation of these Terms of Use or participating in ways to give yourself an unfair or fraudulent advantage. To summarize, don’t cheat. Examples of actions that could result in disqualification from contests and/or termination of your account include, but are not limited to:

If Fantasy Motocross services are not operating normally due to unauthorized intervention, Fantasy Motocross reserves the right to disqualify any and all individuals implicated in the cause of abnormal operations, and in some cases may result in legal action.

By providing payment information to enter paid contests, you agree to provide a valid mailing address, date of birth, and any other information we may require in order to verify your eligibility.

Fantasy Motocross is a game of skill and knowledge. Points are accumulated according to the rules set by Fantasy Motocross and its relevant services. Fantasy Motocross is not to be considered gambling as it does not rely on luck for success.

As a condition of use, you agree not to use Fantasy Motocross for any purpose that is unlawful or is not in accordance to these Terms of Use. Examples of improper conduct and use of Fantasy Motocross services include, but are not limited to:

Violation of these rules, or any action that could be considered harmful to Fantasy Motocross and its services or users, may result in the termination of your account and eligibility for any prizes.

Fantasy Motocross will only refund an order if no picks are submitted or the game is not played after purchase of package. All submitted payments are final if game play has continued after payment.
